In this transformation project of the Korallen (The Coral) grain silo at Hullkajen in Malmö, the building is converted into apartments, offices, restaurants, rehearsal rooms, studios and workshops. The existing circular silo shape is preserved and adapted to habitable spaces with a unique character. The mix of functions brings the building to life at all times of the day and week and makes Korallen a magnet for a new expansion of Hullkajen, where public bathing piers and green roof terraces with fantastic views attract Malmö residents.
